By using ThumbRank, you agree to this privacy policy.

We collect only your email address and license information needed to manage your account and paid features.

Paddle, our payment provider, processes transactions and handles billing data according to its own privacy policy.

Google User Data

This section explains how ThumbRank handles data obtained through Google APIs, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

1. What Google user data we access

When you connect your YouTube account, we access — read-only, via the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API — your channel ID, title and thumbnails, your videos' titles and metadata, and your channel's analytics metrics (views, watch time, likes, comments, shares, click-through rate). We never request write access, and we do not access your private account data, email, or any data of other users.

2. How we use Google user data

Solely to calibrate our AI-generated thumbnail scores and to display your channel's statistics in your private ThumbRank dashboard. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, sale, or any purpose unrelated to the service you signed up for.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell, share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third party. The data is stored in your own account and is visible only to you.

4. How we protect it

All data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest. Access is enforced by row-level security: only the authenticated owner of the account can read it.

5. Retention and deletion

Google user data is retained only while your channel stays connected and is deleted permanently when you disconnect the channel or delete your account. To request immediate deletion, contact us at bpecha14@gmail.com. For full details, see our Google User Data Disclosure.
